Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Agile, product, or technology delivery including Scrum Master or Agile-coaching roles.
• Experience facilitating delivery practices in complex, matrixed environments.
• Ability to improve delivery flow, predictability, transparency, and team effectiveness.
• Experience managing cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Delivery and Continuous Improvement across Go-to-Market product teams.
• Provide delivery visibility, risk management, and data-driven insights.
• Support quarterly planning, release activities, and cross-team coordination.
• Coach and influence Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery partners.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
