Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an expert Scrum Master to lead delivery excellence across Go-to-Market product teams with a strong Dynamics/CRM focus. You will enable teams, remove impediments, and use data to drive predictability and continuous improvement.

This remote-based role requires occasional on-site collaboration and residency in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area to commute to Inver Grove Heights, MN as needed. You will partner with Tech Delivery and Product teams to align delivery plans with portfolio

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/BA or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in Agile, product, or technology delivery.
Experience facilitating delivery practices and coaching teams in complex, matrixed environments.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitate team cadences and working sessions, including planning, refinement, daily coordination, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile and product-delivery practices to improve collaboration, clarity, flow, and value.
Guide backlog readiness, work breakdown, and definitions of ready/done.
Foster a high-trust environment and enable self-management within delivery guidelines.
