Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a senior SCADA Design Lead to drive design workstreams for utility-scale PV, BESS, and related projects. You will produce high-quality drawings, resolve complex issues, and reinforce SOLV standards across multiple teams.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with OT on hardware requirements, and guide commissioning readiness, project handoff, and long-term system reliability. A strong background in AutoCAD and SCADA networks is required.

Qualifications

• Industrial or utility-scale PV, BESS, or wind SCADA experience.
• Direct experience drafting SCADA, networking, electrical and substation drawings.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and drawing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCADA design workstreams for utility-scale PV, BESS, and other power projects.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical reviews.
• Define and enforce SCADA design standards and best practices.
• Review project scope and approve detailed design documentation for SCADA systems.
