SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a senior SCADA Design Lead for fully remote work nationwide. You will own the in-house SCADA design for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects, develop wiring diagrams, and reinforce SOLV standards across teams.

You will mentor junior engineers, review complex designs, and collaborate with the OT team to validate hardware requirements. Strong AutoCAD/Visio skills and extensive SCADA/networking knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical, mechanical or energy engineering preferred.
• Direct experience in SCADA engineering.
• Experience drafting SCADA, networking, electrical, or substation drawings.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex SCADA design workstreams for utility-scale PV, BESS, and other power projects.
• Own the in-house design of SCADA monitoring and control systems.
• Define and improve SCADA design standards and practices.
• Review scope of work documents and approve detailed design documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with SOLV OT on hardware requirements.
• Lead system design reviews and participate in FAT with customers.
• Coordinate with customers and field technicians for commissioning and handoff.
