Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a senior SCADA Design Lead to own in-house SCADA system design for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects.

You will lead design workstreams, produce detailed drawings, review configurations, and mentor engineers while ensuring adherence to SOLV standards. This fully remote role requires advanced AutoCAD/Visio skills, strong networking knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with OT teams, customers, and field personnel to ensure reliable, compliant systems across

Qualifications

• Industrial or utility-scale PV, BESS, or Wind experience with SCADA.
• Experience drafting SCADA, Networking, and electrical drawings.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Advanced knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking concepts.
• Experience installing/commissioning SCADA networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SCADA design workstreams for utility-scale projects.
• Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Define and reinforce SCADA design standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with OT teams, customers, and field staff for commissioning readiness.
