Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a senior SCADA Design Lead to own the in-house design of SCADA for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects, delivering diagrams, standards, and reliable operation across projects.

The role is fully remote with interview discussions on location expectations. You will mentor engineers, lead cross-functional design reviews, and coordinate with OT teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-quality SCADA solutions.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; 6-8 years in renewable energy including utility-scale PV, BESS or Wind.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own in-house SCADA design for utility-scale renewable energy projects (PV, Wind, BESS).
• Develop detailed SCADA drawings and documentation; ensure adherence to SOLV standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional design reviews.
