SOLV Energy is seeking a senior SCADA Design Lead to own in-house SCADA system designs for utility-scale PV, BESS, and Wind projects. You will drive standards, review complex drawings, and mentor junior engineers across cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with OT teams to define hardware requirements, perform design reviews, and ensure project delivery with a focus on reliability and compliance. This fully remote role supports nationwide operations.

Qualifikationen

• Lead and own in-house SCADA design for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects.
• Define and document SCADA design standards and best practices.
• Review project scope and approve detailed SCADA drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex SCADA configurations.

Aufgaben

• Develop comprehensive SCADA designs for large renewable energy plants using CAD tools.
• Produce and maintain drawings, diagrams, and BOMs for SCADA systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and reinforce SOLV design standards.
• Coordinate with OT teams to validate server and networking hardware requirements.
