Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior SCADA Design Lead to own in-house SCADA design for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects. You will develop standards, review complex drawings, and mentor engineers while coordinating with OT teams on hardware requirements. This fully remote role supports nationwide project delivery.

The position emphasizes SCADA systems, networking, and compliance with industry standards, with opportunities to lead FATs and customer reviews.

Qualifications

• Lead SCADA design workstreams for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects.
• Develop and enforce SCADA design standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own in-house SCADA design for large renewable projects.
• Review and approve detailed drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Mentor junior engineers and sustain design quality.
• Coordinate with OT teams on hardware requirements and validation.
