Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation programs leveraging S/4HANA, BTP, and AI-enabled capabilities. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage client-work sessions, and drive delivery across complex SAP landscapes with a focus on clean core modernization.

The role requires 4–6 years in SAP projects, hands-on BTP and RISE experience, and travel up to 60%. EY offers a hybrid client-facing model and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant SAP implementation experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on use of SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, BDC).
• Project experience applying SAP Active methodology and AI capabilities in SAP delivery.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of processes, solutions and projects with focus on quality and risk.
• Engage with external clients, drive sessions and lead workstreams from planning through closure.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
• Develop solutions to complex problems and advise on deployment strategies.
• Navigate cross-border teams with vendors and ecosystem partners.
