Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP-enabled transformations. You will drive end-to-end delivery, guide teams, manage client sessions, and oversee workstreams from planning through closure. Travel with clients is expected as needed.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of SAP implementation and S/4HANA migration experience, strong knowledge of SAP Clean Core, and hands-on SAP BTP/RISE capabilities. EY offers a hybrid model and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on SAP BTP services usage, including Build and Integration Suite.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
