Job summary

EY is hiring a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP-focused transformations and delivery for clients, including S/4HANA migrations and clean core implementations. You will work with global teams and external clients, driving strategy, execution, and value realization.

You’ll leverage BTP services, RISE, and modern SAP tooling to enable AI-driven efficiencies while navigating cross-border teams.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver SAP-based solutions for clients, guiding projects from planning through closure.
Engage with external clients, lead workstreams, and manage risk and quality across engagements.
Provide direction and feedback to teams and collaborate with partners to optimize outcomes.
