Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation projects, guiding teams through S/4HANA migrations and clean core modernization. The role involves coordinating with clients, shaping strategy, and driving measurable outcomes with EY’s Agile Business Transformation approach.

You will manage multi‑discipline teams, advise on deployment strategies, and leverage SAP BTP services to support clean core principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Typically, no less than 4-6 years of SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services: Build, Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud.
• Travel willingness: 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with emphasis on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients; run sessions and own workstreams from planning to closure.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure timely task completion.
