Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of SAP-focused programs and transformations. You will guide projects from planning through execution, balancing quality and risk while frequently engaging with external clients.

The role emphasizes technical depth in S/4HANA, BTP services, and AI-driven improvements, with a need to manage multi-country teams and partner with vendors across complex transformation programs. Travel is expected 40-60%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
