Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation projects using S/4HANA, SAP BTP and related tools. You will guide teams, coordinate with external clients, and drive measurable business outcomes through a holistic transformation approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, BDC).
• Project experience using SAP Active methodology.
• Exposure to AI capabilities within SAP (Joule, Agentic AI).
• Willingness to travel (~40-60%).

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of processes, solutions and projects with focus on quality and risk.
• Engage with external clients; participate in sessions and lead workstreams from plan to closure.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
