Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation programs, delivering S/4HANA migrations and clean core modernization for clients. You will guide cross‑border teams, manage risk, and engage with external clients through workshops and workstreams from planning to closure.

The role requires strong SAP expertise, including BTP, Signavio, LeanIX, and AI-assisted SAP Joule initiatives, with 40–60% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant SAP implementation experience.
• 4–6 years in SAP/S/4HANA projects with migration focus.
• Knowledge of Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE model.
• Hands-on use of SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, BDC).
• Experience with SAP Active methodology across implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of SAP transformation programs for clients with focus on quality and risk.
• Engage with external clients, run workshops, and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
• Provide guidance to teams and ensure effective, compliant solution delivery.
