Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of SAP transformation programs across S/4HANA migrations, SAP BTP services, and clean core modernization. You will guide teams, engage clients, and manage risk from planning through execution. Travel to client sites is expected.

The role emphasizes cross‑border collaboration, governance, and leveraging advanced SAP tools to drive measurable outcomes and enterprise architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
• Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems, recommending changes to policies and establishing procedures that impact your work area.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members, ensuring successful task completion.
• Lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure; travel may be required by external clients.
