Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of SAP transformation projects for external clients in a flexible, hybrid work environment. You will guide workstreams from planning through execution, travel as needed, and ensure high-quality outcomes balancing risk and value.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in SAP, experience with S/4HANA migrations, and proficiency in SAP BTP tools like Build, Integration Suite, and Signavio.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
• Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
