Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation initiatives across S/4HANA migrations, clean core development, and agile delivery for clients worldwide. You will guide cross-border teams, engage with external clients, and drive measurable operational impact through SAP-enabled methodologies.

Role requires 4–6 years of SAP delivery experience, familiarity with RISE and BTP services, and the ability to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP implementation experience.
• Experience with S/4HANA migrations and clean core principles.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the RISE operating model.
• Hands-on with SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, BDC).
• AI capabilities in SAP delivery, including SAP Joule.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems and define policies that impact the work area.
• Exercise judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members and ensure task completion.
