Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP implementations and S/4HANA migrations.
• Experience with SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Exposure to AI capabilities in SAP delivery and Agentic AI use cases.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex SAP transformation problems and advise on deployment strategies.
• Provide direction to teams and manage risk to ensure quality deliverables.
• Lead client sessions, plan workstreams, and oversee execution through closure.
