Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks an SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead to own end-to-end architecture, configuration, integration, and operations across EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, Time Tracking/EC Time, Benefit Focus, Workforce Analytics & Planning, and Employee Central Payroll. Hybrid role with travel to Newark, DE.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with 3+ years as a platform/technical lead;

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.
• 3+ years as platform/technical lead with SF implementations.
• SAP SuccessFactors Associate/Professional certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture and governance across EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, and HR modules.
• Lead technical/configuration teams; govern platform standards and data contracts.
• Architect integrations (OData/SFAPI/CPI) and secure access via SSO/SAML/OAuth2.
• Ensure data quality, privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and compliance across HR data.
