Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead to own end-to-end architecture, configuration, integration, and operations of SF across EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, and more. Hybrid role with periodic travel to Newark, DE.

You will supervise technical/configuration teams, govern platform standards, and partner with HR and IT to deliver scalable, secure HXM solutions that improve employee experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience; 3+ years as a platform/technical lead.
• SAP SuccessFactors Associate certifications in EC and at least one talent module required.

Responsibilities

• Define target SF architecture across modules, with governance and data privacy.
• Lead EC/Recruiting/Onboarding/PM-COM/CS/ LMS configuration and data flows.
• Oversee integrations using SAP Integration Suite, SFAPI, and CPI.
• Ensure data quality, DLP/PII safeguards, and GDPR/CCPA alignment.
• Manage biannual releases, testing, and CI/CD enablement.
• Mentor teams, run design reviews, and translate business needs into scalable designs.
• Communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and manage budgets.
