Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking an SAP HR Technical Lead (SuccessFactors) to own end-to-end architecture, configuration, integration and operations of the SuccessFactors platform across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and more. This hybrid role involves periodic travel to Newark, DE and candidates must reside or relocate to designated states including GA.

The role supervises technical teams, enforces platform standards, and partners with HR and IT to deliver scalable, secure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems is required.
• 7+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with 3+ years as a platform or technical lead.
• Experience across EC, Recruiting, Onboarding and other SuccessFactors modules.

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture for SF across modules and instances.
• Own integration patterns and data contracts for HR processes.
• Lead technical/configuration teams and govern platform standards.
• Oversee data quality, security, and compliance for HR data.
