Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead to own end-to-end architecture, configuration, integration, and operations of the SuccessFactors platform across EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, and analytics modules.
The role requires supervising technical teams, governing platform standards, and partnering with HR/IT to deliver scalable, secure HXM solutions.
Formación
- 7+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
- 3+ years as platform/technical lead
- 2+ full lifecycle SF implementations across EC and other modules
- SAP SuccessFactors Associate certifications in EC (required)
Responsabilidades
- Define target SF architecture across modules and instances.
- Establish platform standards and own interface catalog and data contracts.
- Lead EC data models, workflows, and localization.
- Oversee Recruiting, Onboarding, and compensation/templates setup.
- Manage LMS structures and vendor integrations.
- Lead WFA/People Analytics models and security.
- Oversee EC Payroll data and partner coordination.
- Lead integrations using SAP Integration Suite, CPI, SFAPI.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliant governance.
- Mentor teams and communicate with stakeholders.
