Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks an SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead to own end-to-end architecture, configuration, integration, and operations of the SuccessFactors platform across EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, Time Tracking, Benefits, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with 3+ years as a platform or technical lead.
• SAP SuccessFactors Associate certifications in EC and at least one talent module required; PMP/Scrum Master a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture for SuccessFactors across modules and instances, including governance and data privacy.
• Own module ownership across EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, PM/GM & Compensation, Succession, Learning, and analytics.
• Lead integrations using SAP Integration Suite, SFAPI, CPI, and secure identity/access patterns.
• Govern data integrity, privacy, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA) across HR processes.
• Oversee biannual release planning, test automation, and CI/CD enablement; monitor SLAs and incidents.
• Mentor internal and partner teams; manage vendor delivery and stakeholder communications.
