Job summary
Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead to own end-to-end architecture, configuration, integration, and operations across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and more. You will supervise technical teams and collaborate with HR/IT to deliver scalable HXM solutions that improve employee experience and business outcomes.
The role entails hybrid work with periodic travel to Newark, DE and requires 7+ years in SF HCM with 3+ years as
Qualifications
- 7+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with 3+ years in a platform or technical lead role.
- SAP SuccessFactors Associate certifications in EC and at least one talent module required.
- PMP/Scrum Master is a plus; strong english communication and stakeholder skills.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end SF architecture, configuration, integration and operations across modules.
- Lead technical/configuration teams and govern platform standards and data contracts.
- Partner with HR/IT to deliver scalable, secure HXM solutions and drive roadmaps.
