Job summary
Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks a SAP HR Technical Lead (SuccessFactors) to own end-to-end architecture, configuration, and operations of the SF platform across EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession, LMS, analytics, and payroll. You will supervise technical teams, establish platform standards, and collaborate with HR/IT to deliver scalable HXM solutions.
The role requires 7+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with 3+ years in a lead capacity, SAP SFCerts,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- 7+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with 3+ years as a platform/technical lead.
- Experience delivering SF implementations across multiple modules incl. EC.
Responsibilities
- Define target SF architecture across modules and instances with governance.
- Lead configuration, integration, and operations of the SF platform.
- Oversee data quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage release activities, testing, and operational readiness.
- Mentor teams and drive vendor/partner delivery quality.
