Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks an SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead to own the end-to-end architecture, configuration, integration, and operations of the SuccessFactors platform across EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, Time Tracking, Payroll, and analytics.

You will supervise technical teams, govern platform standards, and partner with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure HXM solutions that improve employee

Competenze

• 7+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
• 3+ years as a platform or technical lead
• 2+ SF full lifecycle implementations across modules including EC
• SAP SuccessFactors Associate certs in EC and at least one talent module; PMP/Scrum Master a plus

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors architecture, configuration, integration and operations across all modules
• Define target architecture, governance, data privacy and release strategy
• Lead integrations using CPI, Integration Center, SFAPI, OData; ensure secure patterns and monitoring
• Govern data integrity, RBP, DLP/PII safeguards; oversee data migration and audit readiness
• Manage biannual release impact assessments, testing, and vendor/partner delivery quality
• Mentor and upskill internal/partner teams; translate business needs into scalable designs
• Communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
