Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead to own end-to-end architecture, configuration, integration, and operations of the SuccessFactors platform across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and more.

You will supervise technical teams, govern platform standards, and partner with HR and IT to deliver scalable HXM solutions with strong security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with 3+ years as platform/technical lead.
• 2+ full lifecycle SF implementations across multiple modules including EC.
• SAP SuccessFactors Associate certifications in EC and at least one talent module; PMP/Scrum Master a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define target architecture for SuccessFactors across modules and instances.
• Govern platform standards and interface catalog across HR processes.
• Lead integration efforts using SAP tools and secure access patterns.
• Oversee data quality, security, and compliance for HR data.
• Own biannual release impact assessments and test planning.
• Mentor teams and drive vendor/partner delivery quality.
• Translate business needs into scalable SF designs.
