Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks an SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead to own architecture, configuration, integration, and operations across all modules. You will guide technical teams, govern platform standards, and partner with HR and IT to deliver scalable and compliant HXM solutions that enhance employee experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- 7+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with 3+ years as platform/technical lead.
- SAP SuccessFactors Associate certifications in EC and at least one talent module; PMP/Scrum Master a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define target architecture for SF across modules and instances.
- Establish platform standards and own interface catalog and data contracts.
- Lead EC data models, workflows, localization, and related processes.
- Own modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, PM/GM & Compensation, Succession, Learning, Analytics, Payroll.
- Lead integrations using SAP Integration Suite, CPI, SFAPI, and related tools.
- Ensure security, data privacy, and compliance with governance rules.
- Oversee releases, testing, CI/CD, and monitoring; manage incidents.
