Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead to own end-to-end architecture, configuration, integration, and operations across all SF modules. You will supervise technical teams, govern platform standards, and partner with HR and IT to deliver scalable, secure HXM solutions that improve employee experience and business outcomes.

The role covers Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Compensation, and more, with responsibilities for data

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with hands-on configuration leadership.
• SAP SuccessFactors Associate certifications in EC and talent modules; PMP/Scrum Master a plus.
• Experience across multiple SF modules including EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Define the target SF architecture across modules and instances (Dev/Test/Prod).
• Establish platform standards, naming conventions, and data contracts across HR processes.
• Lead integrations using SAP Integration Suite, OData, SFAPI, CI/CD, and secure patterns.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and robust RBAC controls.
• Mentor teams, drive project planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
