Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks an SAP HR Technical Lead (SuccessFactors) to own end-to-end architecture, configuration, integration, and operations of the SuccessFactors platform across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, and Payroll. You will supervise technical teams, govern platform standards, and partner with HR and IT to deliver secure, scalable HXM solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with 3+ years as a platform/technical lead.
• 2+ full lifecycle SF implementations across multiple modules including Employee Central.

Responsabilités

• Define target architecture for SF across modules and instances; governance and data contracts.
• Own module governance for Employee Central, Recruiting & Onboarding, PM/GM & Compensation, Succession & Development, LMS, WFA/WFP & Analytics, and ECP.
• Lead integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), Integration Center, OData/SFAPI, and SSO patterns.
• Ensure data quality, security, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and data migration readiness.
• Own biannual release impact, testing plans, and CI/CD enablement; monitor SLAs and incident management.
• Mentor internal and partner teams; drive budgeting, vendor management, and stakeholder communication.
