Job summary

SPX Technologies in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead configuration, testing, reporting, and governance for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR technologies. You will address complex issues, collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors, and drive improvements in data quality and user experience.

You will manage HRIS projects, release cycles, and changes while documenting processes and ensuring governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive HRIS experience with configuration, testing, reporting.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors in a global or multi-business environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, and data dependencies.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills including data reconciliation and risk identification.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate status clearly.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate or Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• HRIS Configuration & Support: act as senior functional and technical resource for SuccessFactors and payroll applications.
• Release Management & Projects: analyze releases, configure, test, and document impacts; support deployments.
• Data Governance & User Support: maintain HRIS docs, provide training, build and validate HR datasets and reports.
