Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HR operations, payroll, benefits, and compliance. The role bridges HR and IT to ensure system functionality, security, and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include HRIS management, documentation, training, and process improvement. 3 days onsite in the Charlotte office (Tues-Thurs) with occasional travel. bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience required; strong Excel skills and SuccessFactors expertise preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS Administration.
• Experience with SuccessFactors.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field or 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High proficiency in Excel and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update data in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Configure and optimize HR system modules to meet changing needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data or system issues.
• Create and maintain reports in HRIS tools (e.g., SuccessFactors).
• Train new HR staff on system functionalities and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and improved data management.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
