Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HRIS Administration experience.
• Experience with SuccessFactors HRIS module.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update data in HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Configure and optimize HR system modules to meet changing needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data or system issues.
• Test and validate impacts of semi-annual system releases.
• Create and maintain reports in SuccessFactors Report Center.
• Act as first point of contact for HRIS tickets.
