Job summary

SPX is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to act as a senior technical resource for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR technologies. You will provide advanced configuration, analysis, reporting, and technical support to improve HR processes, data quality, and user experience.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and vendors while maintaining documentation and governance standards. You will lead HRIS projects, perform rigorous testing, and ensure effective change management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including configuration, testing, reporting, data analysis, and production support.
• Hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• HRIS Configuration & Support: senior functional/technical resource for SuccessFactors and payroll.
• Release Management & Projects: analyze releases, document impacts, configure and test.
• Data Governance & User Support: maintain HRIS docs, provide training, build and validate HR datasets using reporting tools.
