Job summary
SPX Technologies is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst in Charlotte to serve as a senior technical and functional resource for SAP SuccessFactors and related HR technologies. You will configure, analyze, and support HR processes, data integrity, and user experience across global teams.
In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and vendors to implement enhancements, run testing, and document solutions. Occasional travel may apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HRIS experience including configuration, testing, reporting, data analysis, data imports, security, and production support.
- Hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a global or multi-business environment.
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, talent, and lifecycle data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
Responsibilities
- Act as a senior functional and technical resource for SAP SuccessFactors and connected payroll applications.
- Analyze, configure, test, and implement approved HRIS enhancements, workflows, and security within governance controls.
- Gather requirements, document solutions, balance UX, security, data quality, and ongoing supportability.
- Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with teams or vendors for resolution.
- Provide advanced HRIS ticket support and develop corrective/preventative actions.
- Maintain configuration standards and change management controls.
