Job summary

SPX Corporation in Charlotte, NC seeks an IT Application Analyst to support Dayforce Time & Attendance and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The role focuses on configuring Dayforce, managing integrations, and partnering with Payroll, HR, and Finance to ensure accurate payroll and data integrity.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on Dayforce experience, SAP SuccessFactors knowledge, and strong collaboration across IT and business stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on configuration experience with Dayforce Time & Attendance / Workforce Management
• Experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes and the time-to-pay lifecycle
• Experience troubleshooting, testing, and validating configuration changes in SaaS HR applications
• Experience supporting data integrations and interfaces between HR systems
• Experience conducting discovery and gathering requirements with business stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities across project and production support work
• High Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dayforce Time and Attendance configurations including pay policies and schedules
• Support full-scope Dayforce implementation activities for new acquisitions
• Translate HR and payroll requirements into system configuration
• Administer time capture environments and resolve clock entry issues
• Test and validate configuration changes end-to-end
• Partner with Payroll to research and resolve pay discrepancies
• Maintain Employee Central foundation objects and org values
• Configure and maintain role-based permissions, workflows, and business rules
• Support onboarding of acquisitions and organizational changes
• Assist semi-annual SuccessFactors releases and testing
• Ensure data flow from Employee Central to Dayforce and downstream systems
• Maintain Dayforce, SuccessFactors, Ironclad, Concur for service levels
• Assess vendor releases and perform testing focused on Dayforce and SuccessFactors
• Provide admin support for Ironclad and Concur
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate into configuration
• Communicate updates, outages, patches, and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with security standards and change management
• Manage ticket queues and SLAs
• Coordinate requirements with SAP, Dayforce, and IT teams
• Create and maintain documentation and configuration workbooks
• Monitor interfaces and resolve data discrepancies
• Collaborate with Boomi for interface changes
• Lead HR technology projects and Dayforce initiatives
