Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization, aligning incentive compensation with enterprise objectives and ensuring delivery excellence.

You will partner with sales operations, finance, and technology stakeholders, drive governance and risk management, and apply best practices while leading a global delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Experience leading SPM, incentive compensation, or sales compensation programs.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Experience with cross-functional, global delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM transformation programs across lifecycle.
• Manage global onshore/offshore teams, governance, and risk.
• Gather requirements, workshops, fit-gap, roadmaps.
• Define solution roadmaps and translate business needs.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, and testing strategies.
• Drive AI analytics, automation, and process optimization.
• Partner with sales ops, finance, and tech stakeholders to align requirements.
• Adhere to SAP best practices, Clean Core principles, and implementation methodologies.
• Drive quality, risk management, and delivery excellence throughout the program lifecycle.
