Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• 4+ years in solution lead / project leadership roles.
• Experience with SPM or related platforms.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams and governance.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations and data migration.
• Define testing strategies and UAT processes.
• Engage stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI-driven analytics and automation initiatives.
• Align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives.
• Ensure SAP best practices and delivery excellence.
