Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience leading SAP SPM transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
Experience with incentive compensation management and related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).
Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.
Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and modern SAP methodologies.
Travel availability 40–60%.

Aufgaben

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
Coordinate global onshore/offshore teams with governance and risk management.
Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, and define roadmaps.
Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
Define testing strategies, UAT, and deployment readiness.
Engage stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization.
