Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Program Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs. You will drive end-to-end delivery across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization, coordinating global teams and steering executive governance and risk management.

The role requires strong techno-functional leadership, deep knowledge of SPM and related solutions, and a track record of delivering complex enterprise implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; typically 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Experience leading SAP SPM, Incentive Compensation Management, or Sales Compensation transformations.
• Strong client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP SPM and related platforms such as Varicent, Anaplan, or Xactly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization phases.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams while driving governance and executive reporting.
• Gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, conduct fit-gap analyses, and define roadmaps.
• Define solution roadmaps and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, and data migration activities.
• Define and manage testing strategies, UAT, and deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with sales operations, finance, and business stakeholders to align incentives.
