Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Strong experience in SPM, incentive compensation management, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs from planning to stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance and reporting.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, and define solution roadmaps.
• Ensure testing strategies, UAT, and deployment readiness.
