Job summary

EY seeks an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives. You will guide end-to-end delivery, manage global teams, and collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to align incentive programs with enterprise objectives.

You will drive governance, risk management, and client-facing consulting excellence, including AI-driven analytics and process optimization, while adhering to SAP best practices and EY methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs; 4+ years in lead roles.
• Experience leading SAP SPM, Incentive Compensation Management, or related transformations.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Experience with SAP SPM or related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).
• Travel 40–60% across client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore/offshore teams; governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, enhancements and data migration.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management and deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization.
• Partner with sales ops, finance to align incentives with objectives.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles.
