Job summary

EY seeks an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to drive large-scale transformation initiatives across global teams. You will lead requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery of incentive compensation programs while ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.

In this role you’ll partner with sales operations, finance, and business stakeholders, manage governance and risk, and guide testing, deployment, and data migration. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
At least 4 years in a lead role (solution/workstream/project).
Experience with SAP SPM or similar platforms.
Strong consulting and stakeholder management.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across all phases.
Manage global onshore/offshore teams and governance.
Gather requirements, workshops, fit-gap, roadmaps.
Translate business needs into functional specs.
Oversee SAP SPM implementations and data migration.
Define testing, UAT, defect management, deployment readiness.
