Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale SPM transformation initiatives, including incentive compensation programs and enterprise technology implementations. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
Manage global onshore and offshore teams and drive governance and reporting.
Gather requirements, workshops, fit-gap analyses, and roadmaps.
Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
Oversee SPM implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
Define testing strategies, UAT, and deployment readiness.
Engage stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
Support AI-driven analytics and automation initiatives.
Align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives.
