Job summary

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of SAP transformation program delivery.
• 4+ years in solution lead, workstream lead, or project leadership.
• Experience with SAP SPM or related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, global teams.
• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and Clean Core.
• Strong written and verbal communication and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM program delivery.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance and reporting.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Define testing strategies and UAT, manage defects, deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Support AI-driven analytics and automation initiatives.
• Align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives.
• Ensure SAP best practices and delivery excellence.
