EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs, align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives, and deliver across global teams.

You will gather requirements, define roadmaps, manage testing and data migration, and partner with sales operations and finance. Travel up to 40-60% is expected while adhering to SAP best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs, including 4+ years in lead roles.
• Experience leading SPM, Incentive/Commission management or Sales Compensation transformations.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Experience with global, cross-functional teams and travel 40–60%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance and executive reporting.
• Gather requirements, conduct workshops, fit-gap analyses, and define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, enhancements, and data migration.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management and deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization.
• Partner with sales operations and finance to align incentives with objectives.
• Adhere to SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles; ensure delivery quality.
