Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across global teams. You will gather requirements, define roadmaps, and oversee implementations, integrations, and data migrations, while ensuring governance, risk management, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years in SAP transformation programs with leadership experience.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in incentive compensation, planning, and sales performance.
• Experience with SAP SPM and related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and API-driven integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance and risk management.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, analyze fit-gap, define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, enhancements, and data migration.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness.
• Engage stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives across functions.
• Adhere to SAP best practices and delivery methodologies.
• Drive quality, risk management, and delivery excellence throughout.
