Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs, with 4+ years in leadership.
• Experience with SAP SPM or related platforms (Varicent/Anaplan/Xactly).
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams, governance, risk, and reporting.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, data migrations, and enhancements.
• Define testing strategies and UAT, manage defects and deployments.
