EY, a global professional services firm, is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across planning, deployment, and stabilization of incentive programs.

You will manage global onshore and offshore teams, gather requirements, define roadmaps, translate business needs into functional specifications, and partner with sales operations and finance to align incentives with enterprise objectives. Travel 40–60% is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience leading SAP SPM and related platforms such as Varicent, Anaplan, or Xactly.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
